Vital records

Birth Certificates can be issued to an immediate family member with a valid photo ID. The cost of a birth certificate is $25 for the first copy and $5.00 for each additional copy received at the same time of purchase.

Death Certificates can be issued to immediate family members or a person expressing a valid business need with a valid photo ID. Death Certificates cost $25.00 for the first copy with an additional $5.00 fee for each additional copy received at the same time of purchase.

Payment accepted in the form of Cash, Check, or Money Order.
